collars

I'm on a roll today... haha
my uniform. this is what I wear. there are a thousand combinations, a thousand ways to do it.
actually, scratch that, there are MILLIONS of ways to do it!

My uniform: The collar and the sweatshirt. A match made in heaven ;)
(or as it's also known, the I'm-not-choking-it's-nerd-chic! ... that top button really is tight sometimes. And it's not like I've got a bull's neck...)
so... I know we agreed, no outfit posts, but I had to celebrate this wonderful outfit that creepy hipsters everywhere are thankful for. Thank you sweatervests and office-dress-codes for creating this lovely layering option!

That collared shirt, of which you can only see the collar, is a giant men's shirt I bought in a second hand store in Berlin on a thrifting adventure with Malù. It features giant pirate sail boats and stormy seas, but on the collar it just looks like an abstract something... which I rather like. I need to cut off like half of that shirt though, so I don't look so fat tucking it into my pants. That shirt goes down half-way to my knees... (and I'm TALL)

Here, I vainly had to crop under my nose instead of under my chin, because (and you actually can't tell from the picture) my lipstick was the same marroon color as the shadow of the bright yellow lettering on the sweatshirt. I thought that was quite clever.
That was fun.

Ok, I'm sorry about the outfit posts. I'm becoming such a cliché blogger. Food posts, outfit posts... good thing nobody reads this blog ;D haha

Malú, dir wird das nicht soo gefallen, aber ich fand den Tisch so schön, mit dem Salat und allem.

Meine Mutter fand es auch nicht so toll... haha aber der Salat war echt gut ;)

Voilà, ein Stück Kuh mit Salat aus dem Hause... *Hüst* ihr wisst schon :D

achso, ja, das da oben ist die Hand von meinem Vater beim Rotwein einschenken. Das kleine schicke Glas ist seins. Die Badewanne da rechts am Rand ist mein Glas... sagt mal... wie soll ich das denn verstehen??

soo... the long awaited (Hi Mom!! Hi Julia! Thanks for reading this blog) New Year's post. :D
2013.... yeaah. Above is my wonderful "Why don't we have this yet?!" Visual List of things that I am surprised we don't have yet, since 2013 is pretty much the future, right?

Yes, so as much as I'm upset that we don't have Jetpacks and canned wit available in stores, I think 2013 isn't going to be so bad. Honestly, I'm just glad that 2012 is over. So 2013 can only really be great!
Wow, I'm really not sounding positive.

But I mean it! 2013 is going to be great!
